Genki Poke - Cypress

This is the sweetest and tasty Poke restaurant I've ever been! The owner was so nice to us, it was such a wonderful meal. Also so grateful for a plug at the table?

If you are familiar with the typical offer of Poke sites around the city, you will not be disappointed here. The offers include tasty poke bowls and salads and prices were very affordable. Owners are very nice and offer free taste tests for dishes that you did not try. In order, you will receive a free bowl of miso soup.

I had a fantastic time at this restaurant! I love that they consistently provide the best experience. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and there was a great vibe in the place. I'm so happy to have discovered the best sushi in Houston!

The food here is excellent. The New Orleans roll is delicious, and the BBQ eel roll has a delightful sweet-savory flavor. We also tried the baby octopus appetizer, which didn’t impress me—it wasn’t to my taste. However, the portion sizes were generous despite the limited menu. We loved the Sesamsamsam-Mchi; it was really tasty. I appreciated that they served water as well. Overall, it's a lovely little place worth visiting.

The poke appetizers at Genki Poke are truly authentic and wonderful. I've never had food that brought back memories of home quite like this. The prices are incredibly affordable for such delicious dishes, and I highly recommend everyone give it a try; you won’t be disappointed. The staff is very courteous, and the owner was exceptionally welcoming during my first visit. I'm definitely a fan for life!
