Starbucks - Cuyahoga Falls

I don't visit Starbucks often, but every time I decide to go to this location, I always receive excellent service. Today, Ms. Julia provided me with outstanding service and was incredibly polite, even offering some recommendations. Starting my morning off right with their service. Thank you for being wonderful!

The drive-thru is designed oddly, making it difficult for larger vehicles to reach the service window. However, the staff is fantastic and my orders are always correct. Plus, my dog absolutely loves the pupcups!

I requested for 1 inch of cold water to be added to my coffee, but it was never done. The staff was rude and I will not be returning. There are many other coffee houses out there with better quality and service that I would rather try.

Not sure what happened to this location but it has become the worst Starbucks in the area. Bunch of confused, frantic, workers pumping out the wrong drinks at a miserably slow pace.
