I approached this restaurant with a critical eye because I take my milkshakes very seriously, but I have to say, wow! The Apple Crown Royal caramel adult milkshake is truly a masterpiece of alcoholic ice cream! It's undoubtedly one of the best milkshakes I've ever had, and that means a lot! This is one of those rare places where I actually considered whether they have franchises. It's family-owned and absolutely delicious. I give it a perfect 100%!

I absolutely love this place! The interior of the shop is charming, the ice cream is incredible, and the customer service is exceptional! I visited on a particularly busy evening and, being allergic to many things, I needed some assistance. Ian was fantastic in helping me place my order; he was very patient and attentive in finding something suitable for my allergies. He even took the initiative to check the ingredient lists for various ice creams to ensure they were safe for me to enjoy. I give 11/10 for customer service! If you're avoiding dairy, gluten, or soy, I highly recommend the blueberry lemonade shake!
