Hibachi Japan Steak House

The food was really good and our chef, Jose, was super funny and entertaining. I really enjoyed the dining experience. Our waitress seemed new, but was friendly and helpful. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because they don't have noodles and when we got sushi, they brought sauce cups out but never gave us any sauce to dip in lol and the hot sake was luke warm at best.

Our family had lots of fun at Hibachi Japan. Great service and entertainment. Definitely recommend this restaurant. Great place for big or small parties.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating Carla's 65th birthday! The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Everything was beautiful, and we had the VIP section at the back, which provided a very private atmosphere.

We visited right after the restaurant opened and were pleased to find that the wait for a table was short. Making a reservation might be a good idea, though! The food was simply fantastic. I ordered the shrimp and filet combination meal, and the steak was so tender it practically melted in my mouth. The soup was rich in flavor, and the ginger salad dressing was delicious. Our chef added to the experience with his fun personality, making it feel more like an event than just dinner. The pineapple sherbet served after the meal was amazing; even though I claimed to be full, I ended up finishing mine and most of my husband's as well. The prices were reasonable too! We will definitely be returning, and next time, we plan to try some sushi as well.

Our service was excellent and our server was amazing! Young lady was so professional! My strawberry sangria was perfect!! Thank you for such a great birthday dinner for my children!
