Butcher Sprout - Cuyahoga Falls

While my husband and I were finishing our dinner the manager decided to shut the lights off to indicate their closing. It was 10:02. At least we were seated outside but it did not excuse the fact that we had to walk into a dark restaurant to use the bathroom facilities. I have NEVER been treated so rudely while paying for a service. We will not be returning in the future and will instead chose a restaurant that focuses on treating their customers with courtesy.

The food here is amazing, everything tastes like it came right off the farm(I grew up on one in texas, so it's hard for me to find anything that compares to grandma's southern cooking) Everything we ordered I loved. The mixed drinks are absolutely delicious as well. Had my first date there tonight with someone I have absolutely adored for ages, and everything was perfect! I highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking for great food and drinks. It's cozy and kind of quiet, great place to sit and talk get to know someone while enjoying some excellent service. Would give 6 stars of possible. Thank you guys so much for making my date a success!

Unfortunately the food here is bland at best. I ordered a flank steak $26) that was supposed to come with garlic butter. Instead of informing me that they were out of the garnish prior, they left it off completely which was later confirmed by the bartender). I had to cover the potatoes in salt and pepper for taste. My partner ordered his burger to be cooked medium. It came out well done which he returned given the price $18). The remake came out medium rare and was plated with old fries from his returned dish. I appreciate the concept, but the food was terrible.

We were hanging out in the area and this looked like a really nice place to grab a few drinks and get something to eat. The service wasn't terrible however, it certainly wasn't good by any means. The waiter/waitresses were very unattentive and unfriendly. The burgers were extremely disappointing dry and no flavor. Another thing that was a big turn off was that the tables that left around us were uncleared with dirty dishes and food stacked all over them. We sat on the patio and upon leaving went to check out a few other places in the area. When we walked back around about 45 minutes later, those same tables along with ours were still left uncleared.

We went in for what I thought was just gonna be a birthday lunch, just to find out partner of 10 years conspired with the staff to propose. The food was amazing, one of the best burgers I've ever had. The staff even took pictures of the engagement for us! 10/10 would recommend this place to everyone!
