Arby's Roast Beef - Cuyahoga Falls

I waited in the drive-thru for several minutes while it was open, but my order was never taken, and I wasn't even acknowledged. UPDATE: I appreciate the Arby's team for reaching out to me, especially Lisa, who worked hard to understand what happened and to make things right.

Arby's is my favorite fast food spot; I really enjoy it. The Bronco Berry sauce is fantastic on everything. However, this particular location seems to hoard the sauces. When you ask for 2, they only give you 1, and if you ask for 3, you might get 1 or maybe 2 at most. Each packet doesn't contain much sauce either. I visit specifically for this, yet I can never get the amount I request, even when I offer to pay for extra.

I’ve had roast beef that looked similar at a strip club, but this tastes so much better! I’m not sure if I’ll return to the club, but I will definitely be back for Arby’s roast beef. Thank you!

I was disappointed to find out they had no roast beef available just an hour before closing. The lady at the window was extremely rude. I won't be returning here, and I suggest you save your time and go elsewhere. It’s just not worth the hassle.

The food was fantastic! This is one of the best maintained and cleanest Arby’s I’ve been to. The staff was friendly, and the meal was excellent. I would give it a 5/5!
