Mcdonald's - Cutler Bay

I'll never get tired of the Big Mac—it's the best! And the chocolate shakes are out of this world!

I visited today and decided not to go through the drive-thru. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. I noticed that the drive-thru was quite busy, but they handled everything efficiently from both ends. I was really impressed. Great job to the McDonald's team!

They always manage to take your order and keep things moving. However, no one answers the phone when you try to reach a manager. The service at this place has really declined. The interior is nice, but it feels like no one prioritizes customer service anymore.

Missing items in my order., incorrect soda flavors. The lady in from of me also come back because she also has Missing items. Employees need better training

The service was good but its still a mcdonald's you cant really expect much.
