Arby's - Cutler Bay

This Arby's is outstanding. It's evident that they take pride in maintaining a clean and pleasant environment. The staff is consistently friendly.

They charged us for cheese sauce, but they gave us only a tiny amount.

I don't visit this restaurant frequently because it's quite far from me, but when I do go, I always get the fish sandwich. Just be sure to ask for it to be fresh and served on Hawaiian bread. My daughter ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, which they have a nice special for. If you choose a meal, definitely make sure you get the fresh curly fries—they're a must! The staff is always friendly, but the atmosphere isn't the best and the air conditioning could use some improvement.

If you don't mind crackheads hanging all around the Arby's, your order being wrong, and just a bad vibe in general. Then this is the Arby's for you. Also, might I add that they don't support military members/first responders! And the cleanliness was lacking for sure. Ownership/management please look into these issues at your earliest convenience.

Don't go in the drive thru. They have the slowest service. I've been to this Arby's a few times and each time I've waited for about 15-30 mins for my food at the drive thru.
