フィードバックを提供するAmazing place with plenty of options to choose from. The best part about this place is the value for money. We tried Tiramisu Mango mouse cake Cheese garlic bread Hazelnut cup cake Everything was so fresh and very tasty. They also have great full sized cakes for different occasions. Keep it up!!’
Very slow service They forgotten my order and I was waiting for the order to be given No motivation to the staff to service the customers And the taste is horrible Coffee was very cold, and very bland. Lot of pastries, but I never tasted the awful and horrible Tiramisu. They should go out of business instead of reaping money from customers. There are better places around Cupertino square.
Update: We later bought the Mango Brulee cake on a different day, and it was delicious! It wasn’t overly sweet, but the mangoes on top were a bit sour, likely because we got it in December.
I absolutely loved the mango roll and the egg mochi tart. The muffins were fantastic as well. Overall, the food was light and flavorful, and I really appreciated how quickly everything was served.
I placed an online order for a chocolate sponge roll, a coconut custard sponge roll, a matcha red bean roll, and a mango cream roll to pick up on October 14th. Unfortunately, we didn't receive the chocolate sponge roll and were given an extra coconut custard sponge roll instead. While we should have double-checked our order at pick-up, it wouldn't have been an issue since both items are of equal value. However, both the coconut custard roll and the matcha red bean roll were incredibly dry, as if they had been left out for too long. The most disappointing part was the mango cream roll; the cream inside was spoiled and had a rancid taste. When we checked the box, we noticed that the sell-by date was also October 14th—so we were essentially given an expired roll. After this experience, we won't be returning to the 85 Degrees location in Cupertino. If there had been a zero-star option, I would have selected it.
