Visited, picked up the Asada, Pastor, and Chorizo tacos. All tasted exceptionally well, tortillas were incredible, everything tasted fresh, and the proteins were true to form. Highly recommend.
This is our favorite Mexican restaurant! Everything is made to order with authentic recipes. Just a heads up: you won’t find the typical nachos that Americans often expect, and you won't be charged for them like at many other Mexican places. I mention this because some reviewers have complained about it. To clarify, this is true Mexican cuisine, not Tex-Mex. The salsa bar offers a variety of options, from mild to spicy sauces, as well as salad, onions, and peppers. I especially enjoy the pickled jalapeños. My wife and I have a regular order for Fajita Fridays: the Fajitas 306. It's more than enough for both of us and comes with a mix of beef, chicken, shrimp, and potatoes, along with salad, beans, rice, tortillas, and pico de gallo. My wife always pairs her meal with a Jamaica drink! Regarding COVID-19: they currently offer pick-up orders, and part of the dining room is open to limit occupancy.
I'm rating this place a 4. At last, we have a good breakfast burrito in Cumming that doesn't cost $10 and isn't the size of your head. I haven't tried the lunch yet, but the mini breakfast burrito is fantastic (just swap out the ham). The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 is that I haven't encountered anyone friendly enough to say the service is great, and they never seem to have tea in the mornings when I'm there, which is really frustrating. The breakfast is excellent, and the lunch menu looks promising. They just need to add a few more smiles!
Absolutely delicious! It's frustrating when I drive by and find they're closed occasionally, but I understand why. The tacos are incredible!
