フィードバックを提供するIrina or whatever her name is took 25 minutes over the scheduled time to make my online order. This is unacceptable.
Can we please stop accepting online orders to this location...I just left after waiting 15 mins, took my son to his speech therapy down the street...his speech therapy lasts 30 mins and I've spent 15 so far waiting again...haven't been greeted, there's no one here but me, and somehow she's making like 5 other drinks before even acknowledging I'm here...?...in person customers shouldn't have to come 2nd to people that aren't even here who's drinks end up sitting till they finally arrive...this isn't the first time and unfortunately it won't be the last until in person customers get priority or they hire another full time employee to help out where needed...there's usually 2 here even though shes alone at the moment but really I think they need 3...1 to do online only, 1 to do in person drink making, and 1 to run register and help both others catch up when she has time in between...
Well I stopped in for a medicine ball... it was good as always... and the lady that took care of me was very nice and pleasant...
Quit hiring teenagers and hire people that know how to follow basic simple instructions.
This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. They are always fast and friendly. Seriously, the fastest in the area. I drive past the other two in the area just to go to this one to save me the frustration the others cause.
