Jimmy John's - Cumming

The sandwich was good, the main people courteous and you can read about Uranus if you need to visit their bathroom (no kidding) ???? Yes it?s a common franchise sandwich shop with the same menu as every where else, but the owners seem to care about cleanliness, friendliness and quality of the food!

I am a bit fan on Jimmy John?s and today went to order here, forgot my sandwich I ordered automatically had tomato/lettuce on it as he was putting it on. I went over to him and I was like please can you just take that off of that sandwich (I didn?t expect him to make another one with new bread slices although he probably should have) but he half a**wiped it off like he didn?t care which was annoying and like he was being bothered. Couple kids working there that seem annoyed, you have a super simple job, do it right the little things are why JJ?s is successful (and personally why I pay that price for their sandwich in the first place) don?t forgot the mission statement that?s all.

10/10 would eat here for lunch like every single day. Food is always so freakin fresh comes out so fast. All the workers are peaches, plus the gm is cute so that also enhances the experience.

Bread was over baked. Outside was dry and crusty. Soft, fresh bread is what makes a sandwich good. I wish Jimmy John's put their baked sub rolls in plastic bags, like Blimpie used to do to soften them up. Then they would beat all sub chains hands down!

Not exactly the ?freaky fast? service you usually get from a JJ?s, but still pretty good!
