I ordered two large cappuccinos, but they were only filled about two-thirds of the way. I also asked for a pump of caramel, which turned out to be overwhelmingly sweet.

They handled my order issue with professionalism and speed. Instead of just giving me a freebie, they also looked into the issue (bagels missing cream cheese) and were very apologetic. They made it right!
