Water bottles vs. a pitcher of water and glasses for the table.Came for a promise of 30+ dishes but left wanting. Many of the chafing dishes were dead cold, others were in poor repair and could not be opened or closed without fear of collapse. Three chicken dishes but plenty of possibly vegetarian options (who knows, as many of the dishes were poorly labeled and there was never anyone to ask about it. Best part was fresh dosas brought to the table. Naan was a bit stale off the buffet.$3.50 for a can of soda, self serve from a fridge.
I visited on Sunday during the buffet and couldn't believe how many different foods were available. I chose to get the buffet to go and was presented with a large plate with about 10 sections so I was able to try a lot of different dishes. The food was absolutely delicious! I really enjoyed the usual tikka marsala choices but my very favorite dish was the ginger fish! I would go back just for the fish! Luckily with the buffet you will get to try over 20 different choices! Dessert was amazing and the people working there were extremely friendly and helpful! One of my new favorite spots for Indian food!
Do I have to give one star in order to leave a comment? Heard their license is expired.
Zero stars. No license to serve food. Trying to add a photo of the RI Dept of Health website that they're license has expired. Verified Saturday July 29, 2023. The DOH knows they are serving food with an expired license because I told them. All these good reviews-I got sick.
Food was delicious, flavorful, and fresh. I tried the garlic naan, mango lassi and gongura chicken, and I was not disappointed!
