フィードバックを提供するFirst I was ignored at the front register for over 5 minutes. At one point an employee came out to the register (I later discovered it was actually the manager) but when I said “hi” she just turned around and walked to the back. When I was finally helped, I was overcharged by almost $1.15 (charged me for cream cheese on my bagel when I asked for, and got, butter only). When I brought it to their attention, they first tried to tell me it was the same price. Then, when I used the app to showed them it wasn’t, the manager came out and rudely said “it’s ONLY a $0.67 difference but I’ll be nice and give you $0.75” and immediately walked away from me to the back. Due to the rudeness, I complained to the franchisee owner who basically said she’d talk to the manager but didn’t even attempt to make it right. Save yourself the trouble and go to one of the many other Dunkin’s in the area.
Great staff! They are kind ,they make sure your order is correct always. Drinks are alwayssss on point!
Added 6 sugars to a ice coffee when I asked for 4 skim milk.... Pay attention and learn listening skills. Poor management again... Update they are now temporary closed. Maybe they will clean the place....

The manager, Amanda, is fantastic. She always welcomes her customers with a smile and a professional demeanor. She consistently impresses both regulars and occasional visitors like me with her excellent rapport, remarkable memory, and knowledge of new and returning menu items. I truly enjoy my afternoon visits here. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful as well.
