フィードバックを提供するI love the chicken burritos, they are sooo good. The staff is nice friendly. They always make sure your food looks presentable before purchase. I love the agua fresca, they are soo refreshing. Everything is great about
They do not change their gloves they do not wear hairnets they cross contaminate by touching everything, and they do not change the food ever 4 hours . even when it looks at its worst to me they’re just trying to make every cent off of the old food that they serve here. I even gave them a Second chance and went yesterday just for me to get diarrhea again. And when I went to complain today about the food that gave me diarrhea, the manager told me why did I come back .also in the background was an employee cussing me out saying why did I come again.This is the last time I will go . And I am no longer giving this franchise my money.
This place is very dirty. They dont clean the table which they use for making orders. It becomes very nasty.I like chipotle menu but I can't go there and eat because of how untidy this place is.Cleaning up after each order must not be a problem.
I recently had the pleasure of witnessing an extraordinary example of dedication and hard work at Chipotle, all thanks to a young man named Felipe. It’s not every day you come across someone who embodies such a remarkable work ethic. Felipe was a one-man army, effortlessly managing multiple tasks with a level of initiative that’s becoming increasingly rare. He didn’t need any directions to excel; he just did, with a natural flair for responsibility that left me thoroughly impressed.His commitment to his role went beyond mere duty; it was a display of passion and a genuine desire to excel. It’s employees like Felipe who transform a routine dining experience into something memorable. I sincerely hope that his efforts are recognized and rewarded appropriately because he truly deserves it. While the food at Chipotle was certainly up to par, it was Felipe’s exceptional service that compelled me to leave this five-star review. In an ideal world where I’m a HR manager, Felipe would be the first person I’d consider for a role that values talent, hard work, and dedication. Chipotle is lucky to have him, and I wish Felipe all the best in his future endeavors.
These guys open at 10:30. I got here at 10:37 and it was still locked. They opened the doors for me at 10:38-10:39. I ordered a chicken burrito, brown rice. The lady told me the brown rice wasn 't ready yet, and said it would be 5 more minutes wait for the brown rice if I wanted to wait. I said sure, I 'll wait. I didn 't complain about a single thing. It was no big deal to me. When I got to the register, the lady tells me, It 's on the house, sorry for the wait as she signals to me that the manager was the one to give it to me on the house.So thank you very much for the free burrito. You get 5 stars for A+ management and A+ customer service. This manager understands the golden rule of business is to prioritize customer satisfaction over everything else. I didn 't complain at all, and still the manager recognized that they made mistakes in opening a little late, and giving me a free burrito for that shows that this manager knows exactly how to manage this store correctly. Thank you!
