Safeway - Culpeper

Heather managed to process the voucher, but she was quite rude to my brother when he accidentally knocked something over. He made a lighthearted comment, saying, "Oh, did I do that?" but her response was very dismissive; she replied, "Yes, you knocked it over and it fell on the ground." I don’t usually shop at Safeway because it appears unclean, but I understand that the management can be challenging. Overall, her attitude left a negative impression.

A year ago, Safeway became my favorite grocery store. I visited a week before Thanksgiving to pick up a few items and was shocked to find that I paid $18 for a small jar of pumpkin spice and a regular-sized jar of mayonnaise. I understand that prices are going up, but that felt excessive.

I need to lower my rating. With so few staff members, if the one florist is busy with a customer or on the phone, you're out of luck. No one else is trained to fill a balloon or wrap an order.

I'm just going to this place to find objects I can't find in the other shops. If you shop at Safeway in Culpeper, please check the process data because they always have expired items in this store.

I love Safeway just has gotten to be to high in prices. But has a lot of things that other grocery stores don't.
