Always in the standards of excellence, although sometimes in season it is filled with tourists and there is no quota. Excellent selection of wines, not only in the letter but if chosen to delight, we try two a Gewurztraminer for the damites and a red Reserva Carmenere Mapu, Barón Rothschild, excellent. The first meal, we order several dishes but the T-Bone worthy of a barbarian in size, soft and at the correct term, we could taste the freshness of the meat, the second the lamb's lamb, in the same way excellent! The Market is one of the best gastronomic places in Cuenca, each of its proposals are a set of unique flavors, excellent service and welcoming atmosphere.

A long time ago I did not cross with such a place, from a warm service, excellent music, the drinks of the house deserve to be tried, and my choice was the chicken to beer that is super recommended for lovers of semi-sweet dishes. How cute it is when by chance a place accomplishes that of 'an experience' congratulations.

The best restaurant in Cuenca, without a doubt, and for me the second best in Ecuador after the Carmine in Quito.
