First of all, they make them wait, even if there is much for empty tables. once on their table, 15 minutes until someone showed up to handle menus. a beer (bottle) ordered a milkshake and a strawberry mojito. After 15 minutes they only came along. the beer, 10 minutes more for the milkshake and after 25 minutes they said: “But we are from strawberries.” pizza lasts 45 minutes, but to be fair, they are indicated in the menu. pizza. not what they expect from a Chicago style. really boring.

Good food grade : the pizza is only deep dish, so ready for a lot for extra crust. beautiful location. good service. reasonable prices. a little dark, especially to foot thru the bar, from the road to the dining area. Seats...may be more comfortable.

We were expecting so much of this place, service is without a doubt good enough and prices are jusified mostly because of the brand itself. This said, the same should be said about the quality standards of the food served; to pay upwards of 15...USD for a pizza to arrive cold as ice to your table has no justification in any restaurant. Esperábamos mucho más en este lugar, la atención es sin duda cordial y los precios se justifican por la cadena que representan. Dicho esto, por el mismo motivo debería esperarse el estándar de calidad en los alimentos que sirven; pagar 300+ pesos por una pizza que llega completamente fría a tu mesa no tiene justificación el algún restaurante.
