Wendy's - Crystal River

The food was mostly hot and fresh, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary frosty, even though I had chosen a different promotion. It must have been an in-store promotion, so they didn't have to give it to me, but they did anyway, and I really appreciated it!

The iced tea tasted like plain water and needed flavoring. McDonald's tea is already delicious and flavored. Wendy's nuggets and burgers are consistently excellent.

The service was friendly, and my order was served hot and correct. It came out quickly, which was great! I also appreciate that Wendy's offers drinks for seniors. However, you do need to sit down to enjoy your meal.

The experience was wonderful—everyone was friendly and everything was just fantastic!

The restaurant was clean, but the service took a while even though I was the only one in line and there were about 7-10 people working behind the counter. Next time I drive through, I think I'll take my food inside to eat—it might be quicker.
