Phoenix Chinese Take Away - Croydon

Delivery driver stole 15 pounds from my son. Stating meal was 60 pounds instead of 43. Have got cctv evidence and will share with the police as driver denies doing it and manager sided with driver. Never order from these again. Absolutely disgusting especially as I've ordered from here for 15+ years. THEY EMPLOY THIEVES!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

I would never go back to Phoenix even if it was the only restaurant left on Earth and I was starving. The owner is absolutely terrible, so I suggest avoiding this place and finding better service elsewhere.

Terrible service rude staff and poor standards with the food don’t order from here they find so down hill obviously on the fiddle also as only takes cash

Horrible customer service from the man who works there. However the woman is nice and friendly. The man is very rude and doesn't hand utensils out and always says they don't have any. The food is average at best.

I am always trying Chinese takeaways because I am addicted to noodles. Tried the chicken noodles twice from Phoenix Chinese Take Away which were a bit soft. I think there must be two chefs as once it was ok, the other time was too oily. Same with the Singapore noodles which were oily. The curries are bland, oily and somehow powdery in texture. Overall, ok but the noodles were too soft.
