Dunkin' - Crown Point

The food was decent, but everything seemed to be smaller than what we're used to in other states, which felt quite unusual. One of my wife's stuffed bagels was unfortunately missing the cream cheese, which was disappointing.

I had a terrible experience at Dunkin'. The drive-thru setup is really poor, making it difficult to get out of the parking lot. On top of that, my coffee wasn't stirred properly, so everything settled at the bottom. For the price I pay for their coffee, it should be made correctly.

The coffee is decent. However, the staff, with the exception of one person, appeared to be a bit too playful and seemed to give that individual a hard time instead of offering assistance. It was somewhat uncomfortable to watch.

My girlfriend and I come here on average 3 times a week and aside from the occasional incorrect coffee the service has always been okay. Today we were the only vehicle in the drive through and we were screamed at by the woman through the speaker while wewere simply trying to order. We will no longer give this rundown, poor attitude of a place our business.

This is one of the rare Dunkin?s with no baskin robbins! The staff was quick and on top of things. I?ve gone a couple of days this week and the dining area could use some cleaning up. They do have mostly tables with a small couch area. I?d go back.
