Beggars Pizza - Crown Point

Did a delivery order. Asked for sausage and pepperoni; got sausage. Pizza was not freshly cooked. Crust hard, pizza not hot, not even warm. The Winfield store is less than 4 miles from the delivery address. Traditional BBQ wings were good.

Ordered half a BBQ chicken and 1/2 meaty received 1/2 cheese pizza and 1/2 sausage with one piece of pepperoni. Server was rude taking the order, looks like she hates her job and was firm and rude when we explained the mistake. Receipt says Teresa and if it’s the right person she didn’t care not one bit. Zero customer service skill.

There was an issue with the delivery of my food. It was erroneously delivered to an old address on file. The manager, Garrett (I believe), went above and beyond to correct the mistake and also made me want to be a return customer. The food was fantastic and his quick response and resolution of the issue was top notch!!

This is truly one of my favorite pizza experiences in Winfield, Indiana. I wish all Beggars locations could match this standard.

I had an amazing pizza experience, and I say that as someone who grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. The service was outstanding, and the food quality was top-notch for a small takeout and delivery spot. It's the perfect option for delivery whether you're at the office or at home. I'm definitely coming back for more!
