Little Caesars Pizza - Crowley

Absolutely despicable! The store manager of this location is a total power-hungry and self-absorbed control freak. Very derogatory and diminutive towards her employees. The owner of this chain of locations, including this one, does not get anything done at all whatsoever. I attempted to get my W-2 four separate times through phone calls and emails. Corporate will leave you waiting on the line for anywhere up to 30 minutes minim, to an hour. And they don't do callbacks, they just leave you a voicemail and if your issue is not resolved, then you have to wait through the whole whole period all over again. I'm going to have to file without this W-2 because they are unable to get it to me, due of their lack of communication and ability to do their job.

I ordered pizza for dinner tonight for my family. I ordered using the app and picked it up from the machine when we got there. We had four pizzas, two crazy breads with sauce and two 2 liter drinks. My daughter helped me get everything to the car. When we got home we realized we were missing ONE pizza. I called the store and they told me there was nothing they could do unless I brought all the items back up to the store to PROVE that I didn’t get the fourth pizza. My kids had already began to eat what pizza we had. I asked to speak to the manager but they would never get on the phone with me. The lady that I spoke to told me I could call back and speak to the general manager in the morning if I wanted to.I realize this was my mistake but their unwillingness to do anything to help me is just ridiculous. I absolutely refuse to spend any of my money at this store again.

Call in my order every Friday. Friendly staff and my order is always perfect. Best place for good pizza.

Need to do better with your customers tell her she need a code..she say for what and no help until spouse walks in. Then they decide to help.
