Captain D's - Crossville

Christopher, the manager, truly enhanced our dining experience. His impeccable customer service skills, respectfulness, and efficiency in serving our meal quickly were greatly appreciated. To top it off, he surprised us with an extra basket of fries, even though we didn't request them.

I always have a positive experience at this restaurant. The staff is helpful and very accommodating.

Horrendous swrvice!! The kids working the registers don't pay attention to the details of one's order, and consequently the order is wrong when received. Then when asking to speak to a manager the whole crew, manager included, acts as if the customer is only being overdramatic. Very unacceptable. The food was not fresh either. Overall, the whole experience was more than disapointing.
