フィードバックを提供するStaff: The staff goes from old to young. Now, young to old. Customer service not very good. Some speak English and some Spanish staff. Some have a rude; no bother me tone. Food/Glizzards: I love the glizzards when fried not so, hard! Which I order often. They be fresh, not greasy. Apple pie: I love their apple pie! Fresh. Taste like a fried apple pie. Chicken: The chicken to me is missing some loving and tender care when they cooking. Flavor is very blend. I only order the chicken every now then. Service: It's better to drive through. Going inside is not enough staff taking orders.
Good chicken. Always slow. Can’t understand why a chicken place can’t better control chicken availability.
Pay more attention to the customers in line, and the orders being received. We placed an order @9:28PM, and got the order receipt with a message saying it'll be ready @9:43PM. We arrived at 9:44PM just to be sideeyed and completely ignored. After trying to make contact, standing in the rain, the employee stood there with no intention of trying to understand the situation, rather stand there. Not to mention the lack of consideration and sense of urgency in responding to customers. This is the first time and most likely the last time we order from this establishment unless we hear a good reason to come back. Furthermore, they did not count the chicken before handing our order. We had to swing back around' knock on the window, and waste more time trying to get what we paid for. If they were closing early, it SHOULD have been updated through google ahead of time for the customer's convenience. That's common sense and courtesy. Do better please
I got the 2 wraps for 5$. One of the wraps had a tiny hard piece of tender so hard that it looked like a piece of Jerry. The other was freshly cooked and hot. And a full tender. Usually I order chicken and I have been lucky to get it fresh and hot. Hopefully this is the exception and not the normal
I gave it a 3 stars cause my 2 Mac n cheese were served very hot up to where the plastic lid melted into the mc n cheese
