Applebee's Grill - Crosby

I recently visited this Applebee's location that just reopened after several years. In the past, it was plagued by cigarette smoke, but I am happy to say that is no longer an issue. I visited around 3 o'clock and ordered from the lunch menu. I had the Southwest salad with grilled chicken, which was fresh and delicious. My friend ordered the steak with broccoli as the sides. The steak was thick, cooked perfectly to our liking, and served hot and fresh. Our server, Jacq, was friendly and provided excellent service. I definitely plan on coming back to this location.

The meal was very flavorful with lots of sauce! The bartender was friendly and quick to take my order, which arrived promptly in just 10 minutes. Thank you!

It was a positive experience dining at this restaurant. Although my daughter's order was incorrect, the staff quickly fixed the mistake without any issues. The service was friendly and we will definitely be returning in the future.

The employees were nice and kept us updated on our food and kept our drinks filled.

This was the first time we have been to this Applebee's, and it's the first time we weren't 100% pleased with our visit. Our drinks didn't have enough alcohol in them to even give us a buzz after drinking two, and we rarely drink. We were told that's how the drinks are and they couldn't add anymore alcohol to them. The A/C was broken and it was so hot in there. The food tasted just okay. Our table was split into two tickets and after three tries, they still didn't have it split correctly. We won't ve going back to this Applebee's, that's for sure.
