フィードバックを提供するThe staff at the restaurant were doing their best but appeared to be overwhelmed with orders. I observed one barista apologizing to a customer who had been waiting longer than me for their drink. It seemed like there may have been issues with equipment or a shortage of staff. I had attempted to place an order through the app 15 minutes prior, but online ordering was disabled. This led me to believe that the restaurant was understaffed.
I have visited this restaurant multiple times and never encountered any issues. However, during my most recent visit, I was completely ignored for several minutes. No one acknowledged my presence or spoke to me. To make matters worse, one employee was preoccupied with opening garbage bags right in front of me, which I found to be very rude. Disappointed by the lack of service, I ultimately decided to leave.
