They gave severely less than the normal about for the regular size. And for the fixings, we asked for Pretzel and reeses. They put only 1 reeses piece in the mix. They barely mixed the ice cream. All that for $8+.... We've been to this location many times before and never did they do this. I wish I took a photo to share it here. The ice cream was barely over the cup. This is so disappointing and unreasonable for the price. I hope they can train their people to do this better because this is NOT the service typical from Coldstone. If this happens again, I may say something because this was a highway robbery. Shame on you.

I am a usual customer here. Since they were closed early this time, even if their website says they closed by 8pm, but today I called to the store and ask their employee at what time they closed and she say 7 pm and I get there 6:54, she already closed and start cleaning. I was trying to talk to her and remind she ways saying 7pm a few minutes ago, but she don’t want to give me attention to talk she just say closed! This is so sad.

Sign on door says they're open until 10pm. Hours here on Google says until 8pm, as does the CS website. Arrived at 7:15 to find the store closed and dark, likely implying they closed down even before 7. Would love to come back another time but it would be great if they could post accurate hours.
