フィードバックを提供するThe welcoming smiles of the people who greet you at this restaurant are quickly overshadowed by the terrible customer service provided by the host. He is loud, rude, and makes unpleasant announcements about waiting times. He seems bothered by any inquiries about the waitlist, despite the fact that all he is doing is managing it. It is the second time we have visited this restaurant and unfortunately, the same unfriendly host is still on duty. While I understand that they may be short-staffed, having someone who is consistently miserable and disrespectful towards customers is unacceptable. The food, as one would expect from a casino/bar, was decent. Our waitress was pleasant, although she did not assist a colleague who was clearly struggling. This poor girl eventually had a breakdown due to rude customers and coworkers, revealing that she was simply trying to make ends meet before school started. No one should have to endure such treatment. It is clear that the front host needs to be replaced as he is giving this establishment a terrible reputation.
Franklin is the most impolite host I have ever encountered. He has been consistently unprofessional on numerous occasions. It is unbelievable that he is allowed to be the first point of contact with customers with such a negative attitude. He does not set a positive tone for anyone's dining experience. This is completely unacceptable.
I highly recommend this diner for breakfast. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable.
Cant rate the food because never got it. Never got waited on. Got seated at the rear of the cafe. Got drinks and got foegotten because our waitress Sara was pulled to the back so when asked why we coukdnt order that was the explanation given but they never bothered to tellus. Then told us it would be another 15 minute wait to give our order. Left and will never eat there again.
Waiters we're very friendly and helpful. Food was good.
