フィードバックを提供するI went through the drive through to purchase a big Mac bundle meal. When I paid for my food ,I didn't get a receipt because they were having issues getting the tape in the register. I proceeded to go to the second window and was handed a big Mac meal. I explained to the gentleman at the window I asked for the big Mac bundle meal not just the big Mac meal by itself. He replied I don't think they changed you for that. I mentioned I wasn't provided a receipt prior, so I didn't know what I was charged. The guy asked for my card to run for the additional amount owed. During this time the staff was in the background yelling what was wrong with her order and the guy told him the order issue. He began yelling,oh my God ...........I asked for my card back and won't be coming back to this store. It was a huge issue to get my order corrected and the staff's attitude and remarks are disrespectful. I need customer service 101 at this store! I won't be back.
This McDonalds is slower than molasses. It's a regular thing here. I often get out of drive thru line because it's not moving. Staff is nice enough but really don't go there if you don't have tons of extra time to wait for your order
We went through the drive-thru and both gals were so sweet and helpful!! Nicest McDonald's I have been to.
Very quick and friendly service. Order was accurate and egg mcmuffin was tasty.
One of the best McDonalds in STL. Food is always fresh and service is always pleasant
