Cute little place, food was ok. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Hate to leave a bad review but nothing was great, all the chicken salad was kind of dry. The uncrustable we got for the kids meal was hard and unbearable to eat the pasta salad was dry. The macaroni didn't have a good flavor the only two things I can say were alright is the cookies and the broccoli salad. We were so excited to try it and the atmosphere was nice but the food was not up to par.

I’m from Ga and my husband and I loved Chicken salad chick when we lived there even had them cater our wedding. So we were thrilled to see this location on our visit through St.Louis. As always the customer service and quality was excellent. I’ve never had a disappointing experience at any location. Now if y’all would open one in Manhattan KS that would be great!

Just as a PSA — despite the logo being a thin woman, anything you get from here will be at least 60% calories from fat, up to like 75%. Look at the nutrition facts on the website. Keto-friendly, but not for those who are wishing to look like the logo. Eat chicken with mayonnaise if anything, not mayonnaise with chicken. At least 40% of recommended daily sodium from approximately 400 calories as well. Not to say that you shouldn’t eat here, I just think the marketing is misleading.
