フィードバックを提供するI love Pleasant House, both pre-and-post covid. I think they have the best scotch egg this side of the Atlantic. It really is hard to find UK cuisine staples here, and I'm glad we have a great spot here in Chicago! Even getting the food to go is fantastic.
I would usually give this place 10 Stars if I could on fortunately my order was a very simple order and they manage to screw it up when I go to get it fixed three teenage boys are sitting around doing nothing in the eating room which I understand might still be closed I believe either way I don't want to have to knock on the window in order to get your attention. Other than that I will say that the food ended up being delicious once the right order was provided. I just working in the service industry especially at a restaurant would always double check my order especially if it was for a to go so you might want to have people doing t especially when it comes to putting cheese on their sandwiches seeing how I have to pay extra for it. Which just a heads up to management has happened way too many times and sometimes have been rude about it. so you might want to talk to your employees about like I said double checking to make sure orders are completely right before sending them out to customers. Because unfortunately due to all the incidents I have had I checked my food at the window and hold up the line which makes me feel like a bad person but if I didn't I would have to then go waste more my time getting back in line or running in or like before when we would just take off thinking we had everything and then you say I have to drive back that day to get what I ordered and paid for! Usually I would say eight out of 10 times I go to Arby's which is a lot my order ends up being wrong but their food is delicious and awesome curly fries. If a person has to drive back due to your employees and competence you should compensate them and not charge them for whatever was wrong with the order especially if it has an extra fee. Other than that love it I try to stay local in Creve Coeur and support our businesses but I will not lie when service is subpar compared to what it u is other than that hometown love and respect Arby's Creve Coeur
I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant, and it's been a while since my last visit. All I can say is that I need to come here more often!
It's a treat for us to dine here, but we always leave satisfied.
