Mcalister's Deli - Crestview Hills

The King Club and soup is wonderful. Orders have always been on point.

Food, as always was very good. Had a grilled chicken salad which I really like. Service was good.

I love their salads! Great portions and veggies are always fresh. Little pricy but worth it to me for.

This restaurant used to be a favorite spot. The service has consistently been excellent, and the staff has always been wonderful. However, I've noticed a decline in the quality and portion sizes of the food. Despite this, it's still a unique and enjoyable place for dinner.

I really enjoy McAlister's, but they often seem to overlook something in my order. They forget to remove the almonds from the salad, miss the salad dressing, leave out the pickles, forget the iced tea, and even sometimes add burnt bacon to a BLT. I truly appreciate their food, but it's frustrating that they can't seem to get these little details right.
