Nice, family friendly restaurant. I have been coming to Donita's since the 80's and it is always a fun experience. Now I am bringing my own kids to dine at the restaurant and the very friendly wait staff and owners ALWAYS treat us like family. The margaritas are always delicious, from the house to the daily special. The happy hour and Margarita Thursdays are nice to get more bang for your buck! I always go for the nightly special which is always awesome, and usually more authentic Mexican. The rest of the menu is always fresh, and more Tex-Mex styled. I highly recommend Donita's to anyone visiting Crested Butte and it is especially great for families!

Great food, fun place. I have been to Donita's many, many times, and it is always a fun experience. The wait staff (sometimes the owners) always treat me like family and I always feel welcome. The house marguarita is very good and a great value. I particularly like the nightly specials, which change most nights and are always tasty. Portions are substantial for the price remember this is a remote ski town, and things are more expensive to get here. I highly recommend Donita's to anyone visiting Crested Butte.

Pretty good food, and really good margaritas. I had a beef and bean burrito that seemed as big as my arm, and appreciated the fresh ingredients. I eat lots of TexMex but this seemed a little closer to authentic Mexican flavors, rich in seasonings but not palate-scalding spice (which I also like).
