Donita's Cantina - Crested Butte

I have been a loyal customer of CB for 30 years, and I always make it a point to have dinner there on my first night. The owners and staff treat you like family, making it a warm and welcoming place. It’s a fantastic spot for families with kids. The menu is quite extensive, featuring fresh ingredients in every dish. The Tex-Mex food is delicious, and you can adjust the spice levels to your liking. The Chile Relenos are particularly outstanding. The portions are generous, so be sure to save room for dessert—especially the cobbler with homemade ice cream. The salsa is also fantastic, and I recommend buying some to take home!

Nice, family friendly restaurant. I have been coming to Donita's since the 80's and it is always a fun experience. Now I am bringing my own kids to dine at the restaurant and the very friendly wait staff and owners ALWAYS treat us like family. The margaritas are always delicious, from the house to the daily special. The happy hour and Margarita Thursdays are nice to get more bang for your buck! I always go for the nightly special which is always awesome, and usually more authentic Mexican. The rest of the menu is always fresh, and more Tex-Mex styled. I highly recommend Donita's to anyone visiting Crested Butte and it is especially great for families!
