フィードバックを提供するThis was our first visit to the restaurant. We had recently moved in across the street. We were seated promptly at an outdoor table and provided with glasses for our own wine. We were given menus, but after almost 20 minutes, no one came to take our order. We tried to get someone's attention multiple times, but with no success. Eventually, we left without placing our order. It was disappointing as the other dishes on the menu looked delicious.
This restaurant was a complete disappointment. The water bottle was dirty, tables were covered in food stains, and guests were allowing their dogs to run around near other diners. The pizza was burnt, the pasta overly spicy, and the seafood seemed old. When we tried to order tea from the menu, the waitress told us they didn't serve it. Overall, this dining experience was not worth the money.
I have passed by this restaurant many times on the way to other places in the plaza, but tonight I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. First, my partner ordered a green tea that was not available despite being on the menu. We then ordered a garlic pizza, but it came out with our main dish, which defeated the purpose. The garlic cheese was mediocre. When asked about our meal, I mentioned that I couldn't eat the overly spicy pasta, but the waitress ignored me. It felt like they didn't care if we enjoyed our meal or not. We asked for two takeout containers, but they ended up throwing the food in the trash outside the restaurant.
Always busy in this restaurant, so we thought we would give it a try, big mistake. the food had absolutely no taste. the pesto pasta tasted as if it were from a package.
Once you have pizza from Fratelli’s , you never look back. Best base, interesting toppings and absolutely delicious! The only downfall is very limited seating and mostly Alfresco dining so pray for good weather! Do what we did- order a takeaway and head down to...Cremorne Point!
