Rino's Italian Grill Pizza - Creedmoor

The food was well cooked and delivered on time. The pasta was very creamy and the sandwich was a decent size with plenty of meat to fill the bread. The shrimp was grilled well, could have been a little less burnt, but still tasted good. It was clear that the food was seasoned with care. Thank you DoorDash RINO for a great meal!

Fries undercooked, Cheesesticks over cooked so bad that I had a couple of empty cheese sticks with no cheese a d the bread on the hoagie was really hard and the philly meat was cold.

Italian sausage hoagie was burnt. Asked for cheese to be added and even received an email for the added cost. There was no cheese on the sub and the sausage was burnt. I also ordered a steak and cheese plain with steak, cheese, mayo only. They gave me a fully loaded steak and cheese with peppers, mushrooms,onions, lettuce and tomato. This is the 2nd time its happened

The fried ravioli wasnt completely done, the pasta sauce had no basil oregano any true itilian flavor, the sausage was the only great part of that meal, wasnt worth the money, I make better sauce at home, with fresh ingredients not from a can... DO BETTER!!! cause your charging too much for bland unauthentic itilian food

We have frequently ordered from Rinos and have typically been pleased. However, or dinner tonight was terrible. The Farfalla tasted like pasta in milk, no parm or garlic flavor. The shrimp scampi had no flavor at all, tasted like noodles and butter that I would make for my 5 year old. Very disappointing.
