Second visit in this facility. the first time skipton returned. the second visit was planned. both visit the late afternoon. a hidden gem. even though it is beautiful and quiet and peaceful and from the way they eat all day. parking directly opposite the pub. hiker and dogs, mud boots and pfoten, made welcome. at both locations, eating was good and serving more than sufficient. is visited again.

A very nice lunch time in the beer garden! I had the duck salad and schnitzel burger, while my friend had the queenie scallops and the king prawn linguine, then we finished beautifully with two creatures mango sorbet. the food arrived immediately and the staff was as usual beautiful!

Eating was absolutely beautiful. our medium and rare steaks were perfectly cooked. we were brought steak knives, but we could have used butter knives that were so delicate. the chicken and the sausages that came with the two youngs meals were of good quality. that dessert was delicious and I was served the best cheesecake I ever tasted. my only critique would have been the pfeffer corn sauce and the gravitation could have been thicker and the wobble rings were very oily, but had a nice light scatterer and the wobble was boiled directly in the inner. everything was brought together, eating was nice and hot, service was excellent.

We visited today as a party of 9 with reserved table in advance. everything was perfect from the minute we arrived until we were gone. the food was delicious and the service was great, very attentive. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Lovely atmosphere with friendly welcoming staff, an excellent selection of beverages, excellent real ales. The food is delicious with empty plates from us on both visits whilst on holiday, staying locally.
