Lovely staff, very helpful, good selection of kit well priced.

The staff at the restaurant were not very helpful, to be honest. They were polite, but did not make an extra effort to assist.

Such a great online shop. I live in Cornwall but I am originally from Yorkshire. I've started always checking their online shop before anywhere else now as they have a great range, good prices and really fast shipping. I like supporting an independent business in my home county!!

As a first-time customer who visited the store 10 months ago to buy boots, I was impressed by the attention and support they provided for a warranty claim. The service and advice I received during my initial visit were excellent, but their follow-up care truly showcases the genuine care and professionalism of this business and its employees. Didn't actually go in shop but cafe upstairs for breakfast. Was hearty with lovely staff. Great price too
