Cheese 101 at Edgewood Cheese Shop was not only a fun night but very informative. Cheese history and the way it's made....the tasting, of course, was the best part! Different ways to eat cheese and how it changes the flavor....just a good time. I have lots of friends and family waiting to go to the next one ....gotta go lots of cheese to eat

A great find ! A very unique selection of cheeses and the staff was so knowledgable ! A new favorite !thank you so much for the fun cheese 101 class. We had a blast and learned so much ! The cupcakes were delicious and very thoughtful !!!!

Ordered 'The Works ' to go for a picnic in the park, delicious at its best with a generous portion of bread!

Really cool place, reminded me of a few cheese shops I went to in Italy. Edgewood Cheese was a bonus place for RI Food Fights sandwich month.I got to sample 3 cheeses served with some bread, fig jam and pickles. All the cheeses were unique, fresh and my favorite was the Drunken Goat.I spoke with the owner for a few minutes and he was so friendly and very passionate about his business.

I went today thanks to the RI Food Fights. Great selection of cheeses and accessories, friendly/helpful cheese monger, and high quality products. Thanks!
