I've been here a few times, and my family really loves the chicken. The cornbread is also delicious!

The service at checkout was very professional. The staff member even brought my drink to the table for me. After I finished my meal, they promptly took my plate away.

I love this place. The chicken is tender and the side are all perfect.. spinach and cheese ,mash potatoes, mac and cheese and more... I always go there after the gym and get the 3 piece dark chicken and a double side of sweet potatoes with brown sugar and marshmallow.. it's the perfect post workout meal... Protein, carbs to replenish glycogen stores plus the brown sugar for an insulin spike to shuttle it all directly into the muscle.. also every minute counts post workout and it's right next door to LA fit.. perfect set up..... The Staff are the best here, they work hard and look good at the same time.
