I ordered the chipotle chicken bacon sandwich and it was not edible. The chicken was very dry and the bacon was black, couldn’t even bite into it. Wouldn’t recommend.

We chose to eat at B.Good due to their allergen menu as well as the staffs willingness to help direct my son to safe options. His food allergies do not allow us to eat out often or at many places. They changed their gloves as well. So excited to eat the burgers and fries. All were delicious. He was even able to get a milkshake! Staff were kind, food was great and was made in no time. So happy to have taken this detour to try them out before heading back to CT! I am not sure the staff realized just how much they made a 9 year olds day!!

Rude rude customer service. I got a berry smoothie, a sticker from a fruit was in my smoothie. I almost swallowed it. I showed it the front desk attendant and before I could even ask for a new one, he took the sticker and the smoothie, shoved them in the trash and went about his business. I had to ask for a new one, I had only taken a couple of sips from it. He brought the new one without a straw, so I had to get up once again to ask for one, as they don’t have them available for customers to grab. He almost threw it in my face. I was not rude at all, asked with a please and thank you. Not a single word came out of his mouth at any point during our whole interaction.

Always love how fresh the food is! Delicious burger every time!

Such a great menu but such poor execution. I got the seasonal watermelon feta salad which was supposed to be on a bed of marinated kale. What I got was a bowl chock-full of dry kale chunks with a rotten avocado scooped out on top. I threw the whole thing away. Waste of $11.
