The customer service was awful. I placed a phone order and went to pick it up, but I was left standing in the collection area while everyone else was served. I never received my food.

Staff friendly and Great service and Excellent food

This used to be the best place for fish and chips. Now £3.15 for a very miserable portion of chips. The fish supper also had hardly any chips. Really bad value for money. I feel ripped off so I won't be going back

I ordered fish and chips today, and unfortunately, the fish was overcooked. Mine was quite small compared to my grandad's, and the texture was rubbery. It's also not the most affordable place; for two kids' meals, two fish, and three milkshakes (two small and one large), I ended up paying £31.

Delicious food, generous portions, and fairly good staff make this a must-visit spot when you're in Portadown. If you're a chicken lover like me, you won't find a better place!
