Mcdonald's - Cozumel

One of, If not tthe worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been too! Definitely won’t be back ever again. I don’t care if it’s the last restaurant open in the world! I’d starve to death first!

Super bad experience, I do not recommend anyone to waste time there they have terrible attention the drive tru does not walk you can spend 40 minutes in the car that they do not attend to you and inside they do not ignore you completely also that they work super slow and worse when you manage to get the food they give you cold but I never go there to get anything, I think that of all the McDonald's that I have visited in new orleans this is the worst of all, this doesn't even deserve one star i … – show

Sep 4th. 11:55am. Hands down the rudest order taker I've ever had. Felt very rushed, she literally said while I was trying to give my order “oh my god.” Like can I get a second to speak? She was on her phone when we pulled up and when we pulled away. It was just terrible. Food was good thou but the customer service is absolutely terrible. Food: 7/10 Customer service: 0/10 Cleanliness: 4/10

Great place for on the road just to take a little time off the road to relax

This has to be the slowest “fast food” restaurant in America. Just close this one and open a new one with new management…
