Our experience was fantastic! Selena displayed a remarkable attitude given the circumstances we encountered during our visit. That night, there were three staff members: Amanda, Selena, and a younger blonde girl. Amanda was responsible for taking my order and prepared my sandwich, placing it in the oven, and then seemed to vanish into the back without serving my husband. When the timer went off, Selena waited for a moment, but when she realized Amanda wasn’t returning, she stepped up to take over. As two more customers walked in, I was impressed by Selena's willingness to prioritize service. Having worked in fast food myself, I understand how important it is to put customers first, and I commend Selena for how she handled the situation.
Why bother putting up a sign with your hours of operation if you're going to close the door in someone's face before your stated closing time, especially when the restaurant is empty?
The service was terrible. I had to repeat my order multiple times because the employee seemed more focused on everything happening around her. Another staff member came in and started chatting about their plans for riding together the next day. It was just awful. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced such poor service here.
