Kfc - Covington

I love the new macaroni bowl. Wish they had more fries to cook but they were out. We were offered a substitute but didn't need one since we got stuffed. The restaurant was clean, the staff was funny and friendly and there wasn't a lot of noise so I willgo back again,maybe tonight

Stood behind 1 other customer for 15 minutes. No employee made eye contact or said one word to either of us even though a couple were walking to and from the counter doing other things (in no big hurry). Unacceptable. I left and purchased chicken elsewhere.Was reminded why I stopped going here quite a while ago.

We went to pick up an Uber Eats delivery and saw that the restaurant was supposed to close at 11 PM. However, when we arrived just after 10 PM, they were completely shut down, cleaned up, and gone. The customer ended up canceling the order, so we lost money on that trip.

The cashiers seemed unsure of how to process my order, and when I asked for assistance, the manager declined to help. It took a long time to get through my order, especially since I was the only customer inside while the drive-thru was backed up.

I had a good experience with fast and friendly service. My only issue was that my biscuit was rock hard and clearly not fresh. I ordered a two-piece chicken meal with a leg and thigh, along with mashed potatoes with gravy and coleslaw. Everything was great, except for the biscuit, which I couldn't eat.
