Burger King - Covington

This time, the staff was friendly, and there was no use of ebonics. The Whoppers were hot and fresh. The fries might have been the best I’ve ever had at any Burger King. I wish I could remember the exact time and day of this visit because my girlfriend has picked up meals from there twice since then, and I have to say, the food quality returned to the disappointing standard we’ve unfortunately come to expect from this location. In my opinion, the management is responsible for the inconsistent quality of the food served.

During my visit on January 15, 2022, I want to commend the two employees who were on duty. They worked hard to keep the business running and efficiently managed the drive-thru orders. I appreciate their honesty and helpfulness when I was placing my order. Thank you!
