Barb's Sunflower Cafe' - Covington

Delicious! We visited this restaurant with our friend Barb, who was really looking forward to trying it out. It definitely lived up to her excitement! The beef Manhattan (open-faced roast beef) was fantastic, and the homemade gravy was excellent. The rest of our group ordered club sandwiches and fries, which they thoroughly enjoyed. The service was exceptional as well. I can't wait to return for breakfast!

This place was a breath of fresh air! The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was delightful, and we really appreciated the atmosphere.

One of the best little cafes we have stopped at. The sunflower special for breakfast was great and more than I could eat. My husband had the meatloaf and really liked it. Highly recommend and we would definitely eat there again!

My daughter and I went to Barb's today for the first time . The restaurant is quaint and the food was good. However the waitress was very rude . I waitressed in the 80's to help pay for college at very large and busy establishments. We both thanked the waitress several times and she never responded and was making comments when we paid about a lady that was filling out a job application . I know there is a staffing shortage but this young gal was horrible . May go back for take out .
