Autonomy - Covington

Wow! What an amazing experience! I ordered the burger hash browns, and they were absolutely fantastic! The beef was incredible, the homemade bun was delightful, and the seasoning on the hash browns was spot on! The croissants were the perfect mix of flaky and soft! The Bruffin and Rum Baba were simply divine! I will definitely recommend Autonomy to everyone I know!

The burger was a fantastic blend of high-quality beef, fresh toppings, and a homemade bun. However, the highlight of the meal was the loaded hash brown side, which included caramelized onions, cheese, bacon, and mushrooms. The combination was delightful and pleasantly surprising. Additionally, the spicy pickle added a nice flair. I highly recommend this place!

The restaurant has a fantastic ambiance—stylish yet understated. I tried the Prime Brisket Reuben, and it was excellent. The homemade bread was delightful. The staff were exceptionally friendly as well. I highly recommend this place!

It's awesome to have a French style bakery in downtown Covington! We tried three of their sandwiches, all on homemade bread, and they were all delicious. Went back this morning for coffee and a freshly baked croissant. I see a lot of my money going here........

Stopped by on this rainy Saturday morning. Parking lot was packed, but I was first in line. Got some croissants and sticky buns for my coworkers. Amazing! So delicious and just what we needed. Croissants were buttery and flaky. Sticky buns were fluffy and not overly sweet. Service was very friendly, helpful and had me out the door without a wait.
