This place has really deteriorated! The pizza was soggy for the second time. The new manager even told me, "If you don't like it, go somewhere else," which really annoyed me. I've been coming here for two years, but now the inexperienced staff and a clueless manager have ruined it. Go ahead if you want soggy pizza!

I was drawn in by the cheerful devil logo that I had often noticed while passing by this area filled with theaters and antique shops. Upon stepping inside, the screen door and creaky entrance instantly reminded me of a classic "mom and pop" eatery where pizzas are crafted from scratch. The wait for our food was only twenty minutes, providing plenty of time for enjoyable conversation in the cozy atmosphere. Guests can also unwind at the bar, which offers a selection of fine drinks, or catch a game on the large screen. A lovely touch of decor included the quote “Love Well, Eat Often, Laugh Much” over one of the archways. I highly recommend the generously sized Red Devil Special, which features a delightful combination of multiple toppings, including red pepper and parmesan cheese. Whether you choose to dine in or take out, the service is attentive and friendly (I must say, the pretty brunette in the fitted Red Devil shirt added an extra charm to the place). The ambiance is quiet and dimly lit, with natural light filtering through tinted windows during the day and a more intimate glow at night. When I visited, the restaurant was pleasantly uncrowded, and I truly enjoyed my meal. Overall, my experience at Red Devil Pizzeria was thoroughly enjoyable.

A month before this incident, we ordered a pizza that was not only soggy but had a burnt crust as well. To our disappointment, we decided to give them a second chance, but the pizza was still soggy. When we examined it, everything had turned into a messy situation in the center. This certainly did not meet the high standards promised on their website. The customer service was equally disappointing, as the manager rudely told us to leave if we didn't like the pizza. His behavior was completely unprofessional; he shouted at us instead of addressing our concerns. It makes you wonder where he received his training to become a manager. He clearly lacks the necessary qualifications! Once again, this is far from the high standards advertised on their website.
